Original Air Date: July 22nd, 2009 VB Racing is a homebrew title that was created by Martin Kujaczynski and entered in the Planet Virtual Boy Coding Competition. It can be played in the Reality Boy emulator as well as played on a real VB via rare VB Flashcarts. The game is very simple and will no doubt make people think of OutRun, but, well, red and black. It’s an interesting accomplishment I suppose considering it offers a nice sense of speed with numerous vehicles being displayed with no apparent drop in the framerate. Unfortunately, the game appears to have no sound whatsoever, so I put OutRun music here (Magical Sound Shower from the Genesis/MD OutRun). Enjoy.

This game is so good I’ve put another level of it for you to view. If you like fun arcade racing games you’ll love Pure. This in my opinion is how games should be. Fun to play. I’ve had enough of realism and life like scenarios. Bring back fun games like the Amiga had !! This game runs really smooth and looks fantastic. This You Tube video doesn’t do it justice. Enjoy.
